Paralegal  

Bachara Construction Law Group, a boutique construction law firm with offices in Jacksonville and St. Petersburg, has an opening for a paralegal with a minimum of 4 years experience in commercial litigation. Construction litigation experience is helpful, but not required.

The candidate must be a Florida Registered Paralegal as established by The Florida Bar and demonstrate full knowledge and understanding of how to manage large electronic files for purposes of discovery, as well as a high degree of competence in eDiscovery processes and terminology.

Job Responsibilities include:

• Maintaining general contact with clients and witnesses
• Drafting correspondence
• Assisting clients with drafting discovery responses
• Preparing exhibits and notebooks for trial
• Summarizing depositions
• Attending trials
• Analyzing documents

Experience with document management systems (such as Summation, Relativity, etc.) is expected. Excellent communication skills and a high degree of professionalism are required. Computer skills must include: Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, as well as eDiscovery software programs.
