Our industry background includes diverse field experience and education in construction. In addition to being Board Certified in Construction Law, founding partner Chip Bachara is a licensed general contractor with a degree in Building Construction from the University of Florida. He and Todd MacLeod – formerly a general contractor who owned his own business, as well as a construction project manager – both have extensive experience in residential and commercial construction, including management of multi-million-dollar building projects. And both Chip and Todd have focused on construction law throughout their legal careers.

That extensive knowledge of the industry allows us to get up to speed and address your needs quickly and with confidence. We are already familiar with the terminology, and we intimately understand the relationships among the various players on each project.
