Bachara Construction Law Group is seeking experienced construction attorneys for two opportunities—one in Jacksonville and one in St. Petersburg. We welcome inquiries from attorneys with at least three years of relevant construction-law and litigation experience, including senior associates, counsel, and partner-level candidates.
Our practice includes construction law and litigation, payment disputes, liens and bonds, construction defects, arbitration and mediation, and negotiation of complex construction contracts. We are looking for lawyers with strong writing skills, sound judgment, and the ability to take meaningful responsibility for matters and client relationships.

Compensation will be very competitive and tailored to experience, qualifications, and the responsibilities of the position. An established client following will be considered in structuring compensation, but a portable book of business is not required. We anticipate start dates in the first quarter of 2027.
