The Bachara Construction Law Group team recently welcomed Tracy Valente as a partner in the firm.  AV Preeminent Rated by Martindale Hubbell and well-respected in the Jacksonville legal community, Valente is an experienced litigator with a record of success in the courtroom and at the negotiating table.

Valente (formerly Tracy Wenzel) is a seasoned attorney with extensive knowledge of construction law and more than 20 years’ experience as a litigator.  AV Preeminent-rated by Martindale Hubbell and a member of the Construction Law Section of The Florida Bar, she was formerly a partner and shareholder of Heekin Litigation Group in Jacksonville.

Valente has represented homeowners, developers, general contractors and design professionals in a variety of construction and insurance-related matters. She has also represented subcontractors including, but not limited to, the following trades:  HVAC, plumbing, swimming pool, framing, windows, roof, drywall, painters and concrete.

An honors graduate of both Florida State University and the University of Florida’s Levin College of Law, Valente has received a variety of peer-reviewed honors including listings in the Bar Register of Preeminent Women Lawyers, the Worldwide Registry of Executives & Professionals, and Florida Trend Magazine’s “Florida Legal Elite.” She is a member of the Jacksonville Bar Association, The Florida Bar’s Construction Law Section, the Northeast Florida Builders Association (NEFBA), and the Professional Women in Building Council, of which she has served as a director since 2017.
